Paws for the Planet

| At the fabulous Malibu compound of E. Stanley Kroenky, owner of the Denver Nuggets, and dog couture experts Fifi & Romeo threw a posh Paws for the Planet party for their four-legged friends and owners alike. The event benefited ecolutions and Little Angels Pug Rescue. Kroenky’s mansion was decked out with whimsical French flair, complete with four booths each decorated in a different style. Fifi & Romeo’s signature black and white stripped and polka-dot prints were seen decking out curtains, ottomans and pillows all over the party. A grassy patio area was painted to look like a scene straight out of France—there was even an Eiffel Tower to complete the scene! On the beach below was a huge hot air balloon, which guests could ride every half hour. Partygoers brought their pets decked out in their best Fifi & Romeo wear. In addition to all the adorable dogs, the party also boasted fire eaters, dancers, and a silent auction. After plenty of food and drink, Fifi & Romeo put on a fashion show, featuring their latest fashions for doggies and their human companions. Celebrity models included Tori Spelling and her pug, Mimi. Whitney Kroenke, Kiera Chaplin and Obba Babatunde were also present to watch the show and enjoy the ambience. Fifi & Romeo’s innovative Paws for the Planet fashion show and party was a smashing success, and a good time for two and four-legged guests alike! |
