World famous restaurateur Wolfgang Puck and architectural designer, Barbara Lazaroff hosted the Annual American Wine and Food Festival on the backlot of Universal Studios. The annual event benefits Meals on Wheels.

The line-up of celebrity chefs, included Nobu Matsuhisa of Matsuhisa and Nobu, Paul Bartolotta of Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare, Michael Mina of Michael Mina, Todd English of Olives, Mark Peel of Campanile, Tom Collichio of Craftsteak, Julian Serrano of Picasso, and Slanted Door’s Charles Phan, Paul Prudhomme, Wolfgang Puck, Stephan Pyles, Piero Selvaggio, Nancy Silverton, among others.

There were at least 65 wineries and 8 other spirits purveyors sampling their wares. All of this was complemented with live bands and a silent auction.

We can honestly say that the more than 2100 guests all mingled and truly enjoyed themselves eating the gourmet foods and tasting the wines and spirits.
